It has been a true privilege to care for and develop meaningful relationships with my patients. This provides the most fulfilling aspect of my work and is the reason for some important and exciting changes to the way I practice family medicine.
I am excited to tell you about my new personalized medicine practice and invite you to join me. Ideally, I would have shared this news with you personally.

Why make a change?
Unfortunately, the current state of healthcare focuses on a sickness model and does not provide physicians enough time. We need time to provide the high quality, individualized care every person deserves. Demands from insurances and regulatory agencies have eroded the access to physicians and interaction between patients and their doctor. As this is not sustainable long-term for many reasons, and to regain control from these outside forces, I have designed my practice as a membership medicine model.
The new model will help us invest more in our precious patient-physician relationship. I will have more time to be directly involved in every level of your care and help to empower you to achieve wellness. By helping you to address lifestyle influences on your health we can focus more on preventing and reversing your disease process.
Your membership fee includes most services provided in our office.

- Annual Comprehensive Integrative Medicine-based Diagnostic Exam: I will gather detailed information on your health and lifestyle and do an in-depth review of your wellness goals all beyond what is covered by a typical insurance-covered annual evaluation. Together we will create a customized plan of care to help you achieve your goals – with an emphasis on the root cause of illness, prevention, and lifestyle factors.
- Ongoing health support and communication: Throughout the year I will provide you with close monitoring and necessary adjustments, and follow-up visits to promote and reinforce healthy lifestyle habits. Your support includes health coaching for Nutrition, Fitness, Stress Management, and Sleep Health, and other holistic strategies such as Yoga Therapy.
By using such a membership model, it has been shown patients have fewer urgent care visits and hospitalizations, less need for specialist referrals, and require less medication. And they feel more in control of their own health.

How to join my practice
Once I meet capacity, a waiting list will be started, so please inform me as soon as possible to ensure your place and benefit from our lower Founders pricing — offered for a limited time (see pricing details). Additional discounts are available, there is a family maximum, and Summit Chamber members receive a 15% discount on adult membership, plus our program may be eligible for HSA, HRA or FSA funds.
Although your membership fee will cover the vast majority of your primary care needs, it is essential to maintain a medical insurance policy to cover those fees not included in your membership (such as hospitalizations, services provided by specialists, diagnostic testing and prescription drugs).
